He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert D. Arrendell and Myrtle Ellison Arrendell; his son Brian Scott Givens; his siblings, Albert Arrendell, Jr., Helen, Betty, Ruby and Nelda; and his grandson Hunter Morris.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly A. Morris of Leigh Acres, Jerry "Jay" W. Arrendell, Jr. of Belton, C. Josh Givens of Central City and Abigail N. Arrendell of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Drew Arrendell, Annslee Carnes, Greyson Arrendell, Allison Simpson, Hannah Brotherton, Jacob Givens and Ethan Givens; and his sister Shirley Heltsley (Darrell). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
