He is survived by: his parent Mae Byrd Grogan; his wife Jean Edwards Byrd; his children, Christy Todd (Kelvin), Melissa Yates (Peter Brondum) and Zachary Byrd (Chelsea); and his grandchildren, Nathan Todd, Mathew Todd, Davis Yates, Cooper Yates, Mia Brondum and Lea Brondum.
