He was predeceased by: his parents, John Phillip Blair and Mary Emma Murphy Blair; and his brothers, Michael Blair, Daniel "Fuzz" Blair and John T. Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sandefur Blair; his siblings, Ben Blair (Stanette), Mary Jones (John), Thomas Blair (Janie), Angela Peerman and Robert Blair (Gail); and his sister-in-law Lucy Blair. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
