He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Campbell, Jr. and Carolyn Sue Hall Campbell; his stepmother Ethel Campbell; and his sister April Davis. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Campbell; his children, Tina Davis Embry (Ivan) of Owensboro, Brad Davis of Owensboro and Chad Davis of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Steven Davis, Kelsey Roberts, Aquaris Washington (Roy), Adonis Washington (Kendra), Tyrus Acton, Bradlyn Davis, Christian Davis and Brooklyn Davis; and his siblings, Melody Isbill (Robert), Karen Crowe (Robert), Paige Roby (John), Keishie McDaniel and Scott Campbell. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
