She was predeceased by: her parents, McClellon Horn and Hattie Goble Horn; her husband Dr. Noel "Buddy" Maddox; and her child Kim Maddox Lavery. She is survived by: her sister Audrey Hall; her nephews, Larry Ray, Steve Ray and Kelly Ray; and her son-in-law Tom Lavery. She is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews; four great great nieces and nephews.
