We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2020, at the age of 90, Jean Fulkerson (Owensboro, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonsus Gough and Forrest Lee Gough; her husband Robert Fulkerson; her son Richard Lynn Fulkerson; and her siblings, Leora Smith and Joe Gough.

She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Grossman; her grandchildren, Jim Barnett of Owensboro, Mark Barnett (Kim) of Owensboro and Laura Atchison (Clay) of Owensboro; and her brother Bernard Gough (Mary). She is also survived by five great grandchildren; four great, great grandchildren.
