She was predeceased by: her parents, Denvral Bartley and Daisy Moore Bartley Mobley; her husband Jack S. Dubber; and her siblings, Dennis Earl Bartley, Donald Mobley, Faye Grooms, Dewayne Mobley, Jimmy Ray, Francis Mouton and Leona Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Shively, Carmel Carlisle (Terry), Howard Dubber and Dennis Bartley; and her brothers, Sam Mobley and Martin Mobley. She is also survived by six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Shriner's Children's Hospital in Lexington, Ky.
