He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Durham and Dorothy Taylor Durham; his children, Jessica Witt, David Forgy and Angel Durham; his stepson Clinton Vance; and his brother-in-law Doug Cavender.
He is survived by: his wife Kathi Durham; his daughter Leslie Minton (Chris); his stepson Joshua Vance (Tina); his grandchildren, MaKayla, Madison Minton, Sonnie Witt, Isaiah, Kaleb, Hailee Morris, Breanna and Brenden Vance; and his siblings, Rhonda Cavender of Owensboro, Tessa Midkiff (Steve) of McDermott, Ohio and Gary Durham (Becky) of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
