He is survived by: his father Joe Phillips (Marilyn); his wife Rachel Travis Phillips; his children, Chloe Wood, Kaleb Phillips (Maddie) and Justin Phillips; his mother Janet Hayden Coleman; his sister Jessica Phillips Haynes (Chris); his parents-in-law, Marla and Scott Christian; his brothers-in-law, Timmy Travis (Jackie) and James Travis; and his close friend Craig Millay. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews.
