She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Mayes and Mary Mayes Higgs (Uzzle); her husband Mark Paris; and her siblings, Carolyn Basham, Judy Hamilton, Mary Kay Jackson and Jerry Higgs.
She is survived by: her pet Ladybug; her children, Debbie Ferguson-Jones (Randall Jones), Sheila Blanchard (Doyle), Mark A. Paris (Becky) and Cindy Goodwin (Danny); her siblings, Nancy Edmonson, Gary Higgs, Frances Autry and Pam Lewis; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Summer, Ashley, Rick, Jenny, Kevin, Katie, Jason and Jamie.
