She was predeceased by: her father Edward Smith; her sisters, Brenda Gossett, Betty Moore and Wilda Travis; her son-in-law Timothy Burton; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Yewell, Leon Moore and Junior Gossett.
She is survived by: her husband Charlie "Sonny" Roberts; her children, Leslie Roberts Burton, Kevin Roberts (Cheryl) and Richard Roberts (Carmen); her grandchildren, Matthew Burton (Annalee), Lauren Gyukery (Josh), Chris Roberts (Samantha Payne), Brian Roberts (Amanda), Tyler Roberts (Caroline), Blake Roberts (Jennifer), Samantha Roberts, Ian Wathen and Greyson Roberts; and her siblings, Gary Smith (Janice), Phyllis Yewell and Sharon Taylor (Jerry). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
