She is survived by: her children, Zane Mitchell of Owensboro, Zackary Estes of Owensboro, Zander Stallings of Ohio County, Zoe Estes of Owensboro, Zada Douglas of Owensboro and Zia Douglas of Owensboro; her granddaughter Lilly Ann Estes; her mother Barbara Evans of Owensboro; her sister Toni Amanda Drake of Owensboro; and her niece Kimberly Ashlyn Antelo.
