It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Vernon Dinning (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on February 16, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Jeffries and Anna Lee Jeffries (Thomas). He is survived by: his significant other Scarlett Wilson; his brother Donald F. Dinning of Owensboro; and his children, John Michael Dinning of Owensboro, Sharon Lee Owens and James Vernon Dinning, II of Rockport, IN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five step-great-grandchildren.
