He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Trotter; and his son Cole Trotter. He is survived by: his mother Mildred Ann Marler Trotter; his sister Tina Bickwermert (Martin); his nieces, Miranda McKee (Greg) and Kalynn Rice (Logan); and his close friend Donald Shelton.
