He was predeceased by: his father Herman Troy Crabtree; and his siblings, Curtis, Johnny, Alberta, Mary, Margaret, Daisy Mae, Patricia and Pansy.
He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Belcher (Kedric) of Evansville, IN, Donna Fleischmann of Owensboro, Sandy Hillard (Greg) of Beaver Dam, KY and James "Rick" Crabtree (Maxine) of Evansville, IN.; and his sister Angela Gentry of Owensboro. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
