He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Belbeck and Edith "Lynnette" Belbeck; and his wife Patsy Jane (Stack). He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Thompson (Gordon) of White Cloud, MI and Frederick Belbeck of Belleville, MI.; his children, Maureen West (James) of Hardinsburg, KY and Terry Belbeck (Lisa) of Milan, MI.; his grandchildren, Katie, Robbie, Nicholas Williams and Jeffrey Belbeck; and his great grandchildren, Devin Vreeland, Ava and Hunter Williams.
