He is survived by: his wife Genera "Jenny" Garrett Fulkerson; his son Rick Fulkerson Jr. (Tina); his stepdaughters, Karen Thompson Hinman (Ed) of Chandler, IN, Marsha Thompson Holtzman of Owensboro and Pam Thompson Boyd of Owensboro; his sister Juanita Coe of Central City; his grandchildren, Heath Branch (Katie), Craig Branch, Nikki Houle, Robb Houle (Caty), Jessica Smithers (Jesse), Brooks Boyd (Heather) and Zachary Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Ivory, Grace, Mason, Hattie Bea, Henry, Tanner, Dahlyla, Maddie, Zak, Ethan, Jordan, Sofi, Carter and Chloe.
