We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2020, at the age of 81, James R. Muffett of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Walla Walla, Washington passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James R. Muffett to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Muffett and Mildred Muffett; his former wife Wilma Muffett; his wife Joyce Muffett; and his brother Carl Muffett.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Winfield (Marty), Todd Muffett (Joyce), Carla Latham (Stewart) and Leesa Pendley; and his grandchildren, Josh Winfield (Seirra), Matthew Winfield (Gemmie), Amanda McKinny, Amanda Winfield (Antonio), Chris Muffett (Angie), Kim Lester (Josh), Bryant Underwood (Ashley), Cameron Latham and Hope Strubler (Lucas). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
All who wish to honor and remember Jimmy in person at the visitation or service is required to wear a mask or face covering while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
