He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mulligan, Sr. and Claribel Curran Mulligan; his siblings, Mary Helen Collignon and Tommy Mulligan; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Mulligan and Paul R. Hayden, Sr..
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Mulligan, Sally Hayden of Owensboro, KY and Bill Mulligan (Jian) of Monterey Park, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory (519 Locust St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A prayer was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Parish (2516 Christie Pl, Owensboro, KY 42301).
