He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Howard Owen and Sue Gabbert Owen; his wife Mary Jean Eaves Owen; and his son Hank Owen. He is survived by: his children, Mary Thompson (Duane), Fran Owen and Phillip Owen. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other loving friends and family.
