He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Jane Stackhouse (Scott) and Karen Lynn Mizell (Thomas); his grandsons, Christopher Stackhouse (Jennifer), Benjamin Stackhouse, Joshua Bates (Karis) and Michael Bates; his great grandchildren, Maverick and Leo; his sister Patty Head; and his nephew Jay Cotner (Andrea).
