He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hagan Pack; his daughter Mitzi Pavey (Doug) of Bloomington, IL; his grandchildren, Nathan Pavey (Debbie) of Terre Haute, IN, Garrett Pavey and Elizabeth Carman of Des Moines, IA; his siblings, Debbie LaPole (Bill) of Huntington, WV and Fred Pack (Julia) of South Point, OH; and his close friends, Issy Anderson, Millie Watson, Alex McClure, Macie Moseley, Toby Newton, Sophie Temple, Gigi King, Cody Sullivan and Jack Richmond.
