He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Eleanor Kurz, Robert L. Johnson and Louis Johnson; and his granddaughter Paige McKinlie Isaacs. He is survived by: his wife Joan Johnson; his daughters, Robin Morgan (Todd) of Utica, Carla Ellison (Mitch) of Newburgh and Carrie Isaacs (James) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Matthew Johnson, Sara Lisby (Matt), Hope Johnson, Blake Morgan, Ashley Morgan, Jessica Ellison, Lukas Ellison, Will Ellison, Quincy Isaacs and Conner Isaacs; and his brothers, Donald J. Johnson of Owensboro and William V. "Bill" Johnson (Diane) of Northbrook, IL.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
