He is survived by: his wife Beth Bullington of Owensboro, KY; his son Jeremiah Bullington (Angie) of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Brandon of Houston, TX and Brittany of Tulsa, OK; his son Joshua Bullington of Owensboro, KY; his grandchildren, Brendan and Alaina; his sister Doris Canary (Steve Canary) of Newburgh; his nephews, Greg Canary of Pekin, IL and Brian Canary of Newburgh, IN; his sister-in-law Gloria Ann Bullington of Owensboro, KY; and his nephews, Jared and Aaron of Owensboro, KY.
