He was predeceased by: his father William Rice; and his sisters, Phillis Ann Westerfield and Juanita Jane Farmer. He is survived by: his wife Carol Bolton (Adams); his children, Sherry Westerfield (Joey), Harold Hall (Amy) and Bill Hall; and his sister Kaye Frailey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
