With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James B. Frantz Jr. of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on December 11, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Anna Figgins and James B. "Buck" Frantz Sr.; his wife Rebecca Teasley Frantz; and his siblings, Reba Royal and Thomas Frantz.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa Vanover, Raymond Dowell, Roger Dowell (Tina), Tina Hamilton (Tracy), David Dowell (Jennifer), Mike Frantz and Kristy Nalley (Seth); and his siblings, Ruby Bray, Jean Phillips, Larry Frantz and Juanita Wheeland. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 40 great-grandchildren.
