We are sad to announce that on March 26, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Jack L Tompkins of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Madisonville, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Tompkins and Charlcie Tompkins; and his sister Helen Gibbons. He is survived by: his wife Linda Revlett Tompkins; his children, Jeff Tompkins and Bethe Lowe (Jason); his grandchildren, Kira Wires (Dustin), Kateleigh Lowe and Landon Nix; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Kayte Wires, Blakely Paige Allen and Rylin Jeffery Wires; and his sister Linda Finley (Joseph). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Heartford House; 3419 Wathens Crossing, Owensboro, KY 42301.
