He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Neil Barlow (Beth) and Cindy Arnold; his grandchildren, Jennifer Maglinger, Heather Mazurier (Josh) and Caleb Barlow; his great grandchildren, Andrew Stein and Jade Stein; and his sister-in-law Lucille Shultz (Randy).
