She was predeceased by: her brothers, Truman Roten, Ray Roten and Roy Roten. She is survived by: her husband David Axley; her daughter Christina Axley of Owensboro; and her brothers, Bennie Roten and Stanley Roten. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
