She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry J. O'Bryan and Anna B. Head O'Bryan; her husband Leemon Smith; her brothers, Bill O'Bryan and John O'Bryan; and her half-siblings, Patricia Maugherman and Tony Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Minton (Jamie) of Owensboro, Karen Estes (Stephen) of Owensboro, Terri Nation (Donald) of Owensboro and Tammy Moseley of Owensboro; her stepdaughters, Sharon Rowland (Mitch) of Hendersonville, TN and Charlotte Miller of Murfreesboro, TN; and her grandchildren, Ashley Estes, Stephanie Harley, Sean Vance, Tiffany Hunter, Chris Minton, Lindsey Purcell, Brooke Wise, Jana Flood, Gus Rowland and Ricky Moore.
