He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Barclay and Ruth Purkhiser Barclay; his former wife Virginia Wilson Barclay; his stepson Robert Butler; his son-in-law Richard Smith; and his sister Marion Dicks.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Robbins Barclay; his children, Dawn Leigh Smith of Mexico, Hugh Norman Barclay of Rockport, IN., William Barclay (Donna) of Richland, IN., Raymond Barclay (Christina) of Mooresville, IN. and Jennie Bossie of Evansville, IN.; and his stepdaughter Cindy Newby (Tony) of Owensboro. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
