He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Flossie Powell; and his sister Guanda Meadows. He is survived by: his son William Powell (Jan) of Owensboro, KY; his granddaughters, Lori and Carimae Powell; and his sisters, Mamie Larkin of Dunlap, TN and Nettie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Standefer-Reed Funeral Home (50 May Rd, Dunlap, TN 37327). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
