He is survived by: his children, Ernie Johnson (Connie) of Owensboro, Mike Johnson of Owensboro and Lesa Hurm (Randy) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Brian Johnson of Murray, Tracey Johnson Kelly (Dan) of Atlanta, Georgia and Dana Payne (Brandon) of Owensboro; and his brothers, Carl Payne of Owensboro and Robert Payne of Owensboro. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
