He is survived by: his close friend Johnny Warren; his wife Carol Rumage; his children, Jackie Schartung (Kevin) and Jody Rumage (Sarah) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Tristan, Alexis, Tyler Schartung, Kelsey Rumage and Payton Neighbors; and his stepchildren, Patty Dunaway (Jerry), Tim Blain (Kim) and Kevin Blain (Emily). He is also survived by 7 step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.
