He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph A. Schwartz. He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy J. Lanham of Owensboro, Mike K. Schwartz (Janet) of Owensboro, Thomas R. Schwartz (Sharleen) of Owensboro and Sharon K. Kulka of Owensboro.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Precious Blood Catholic Church or Hospice of Western Kentucky.
