With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Ann Carter of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on July 4, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ishmael Wall and Mary Galloway Wall; her husband Ernest Carter Sr.; her daughter Thelma Carter; and her siblings, Noble "Tony" Wall, Robert Wall, Carl Wall and Mary Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Ernie "Butch" Carter (Debbie) of Owensboro and Debbie Wilkerson (Ray) of Bowling Green; and her sister Virginia Bowlds of Philpot. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
