She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Basham and Claribel Onstott Basham. She is survived by: her husband Ben Givens; her children, Cindy Jones, Eric Givens and Eddie Miller; her siblings, Nancy Martin, Forest Basham and Jay Basham; and her grandchildren, Brooke Zupnick, Brandon Jones, Tyler Miller and Charis Miller. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
