It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hattie Lou Potts of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Stanley, Kentucky, who passed away on July 25, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Roscoe Franklin; her daughter Amy Carol Potts; her great grandchild Jordan Coy; and her siblings, Anna Lee Johnson, Bobby Young, Margaret Howard and Larry Young.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Potts (Bill); her children, Annette Coy, Kevin (Jessica), Lauren Morrison (Travis), Justin Fiorella (Vrinda), Jake Fiorella (Erin) and Abby Cissell (Darren); her grandsons, Matthew and Will; her daughter Emily Sargent (Jason); her grandchildren, Mary Frances Boarman (Joseph), Adaline Fulkerson, John Sargent (Alexis), Sophia Fulkerson, Michael Sargent (Katie) and Mathew Sargent; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Cash, Halle, Brady, Miles, Anna Lucy, Colin, Luca, Tucker, Jett, Hazel Lucille, Giovanni, Hudson and Thomas; her siblings, Connie Gibson, Joe Young and Frankie Young; and her brother-in-law Donald J. Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
