He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Lee Peters Phillips; and his stepbrother Maurice Birkhead. He is survived by: his daughter Athalia Phillips (Ras Sager) of Owensboro; his grandson Kyle Leet (Megan) of Owensboro; and his mother Lou Drawdy (Linda).
