He is survived by: his wife Rita Lewis Ellington; his children, Sam Ellington (Jill), Ramsey Ellington (Julia), Dustin Ellington (Sherri), Garry Miller (Stacy), Jason Miller and David Miller (MacKenzie); his grandchildren, Jenna Ellington Anderson (Tim), Hannah Ellington, Andrea Ellington, Grant Ellington, Jett Ellington, Micah Ellington, Clayton Ellington, Christopher Ellington, Nicholas Miller, Danielle Baker, McKenna Guynn, Emma Miller, Zoe Miller and Camden Miller; and his siblings, William M. Ellington, Iva Dean Hoffman, Ruth Yarbrough, Jean Bland, Carol Sue Stahl and Joyce Prichard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
