He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Bowman and Eloise Bowman; his wife Lorraine Bowman; his children, Mickey Bowman (Melody) of Owensboro, Leann Moss (Terry) of Owensboro, Kandi Lester (Byron) of Owensboro and Suzette Telli (Andy) of Goodlettsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Tara Crutcher (Greg), Jessica Moss, Austin Moss (Abbe), Jason Bowman, Meagan Whelan (Jordan), Haley Lester, Colton Lester, Joseph Telli and Jacob Telli; his great grandchildren, Adrianna, Tavius, Gavin, Sophie, Shea, Lilly, Marlee and Julianna; and his brother Cleatus (Donna) of Beaver Dam, KY.. He was also cherished by his four children, his nine grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
