He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Olga Palma Johnson; his wife Joan Marie Ivey Johnson; and his siblings, Alton Johnson, Carol Johnson and Ella Duffy.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Johnson of Owensboro; his sister-in-law Judy Miller (Mike) of Owensboro; his niece Holly Needham (Philip) of Owensboro; his nephew John Ivey (Barbara) of Owensboro; and his friends, Willow and Tango. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Hospice of Western Kentucky.
