She is survived by: her daughter Teena Pearl of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Emily Smith (Rob) of Huntsville, Ala and Cody Pearl of Philpot; and her great grandchildren, Alexis, Liam Smith of Huntsville and Jamison Mattingly of Owensboro.
