He is survived by: his siblings, Frank Oliver, Donnie Oliver, Tony Oliver, Betty Reynolds and Nancy Whitmer; his grandchildren, Melissa Bullington, Tabitha Cooper, Tim Hill Jr., Dave Hall, Jr., Jay Cooper, Matt Hill, Bradley Hall, Sarah Edge and Krystal Hill Dunn; and also, Richard, Mary Hill, Tim and Sissy Hill. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
