He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rita Jeanette Stallings Tong; his sons, Gregory Tong (Holly Heintz) of St. Petersburg Florida and Shane Mehlbauer of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Tosca, Hunter, Leslie, Emily, Tessa, Alton and Ava-Elizabeth; his great grandchildren, Maisie and Malik; and his siblings, DeeDee Hill, Sandy, Sorrells, Debbie Tong, Beth Lacefield, JoAnn Hinton (Mike), Marty Baker (Jon) and Anthony Tong (Kimberly). He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
