With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregg W. Speer (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on February 6, 2019 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his close friend Linda Mitchell; his wife Charlotte Buskill Speer; his children, Shawna Higgs (Shawn) of Owensboro and Daniel; his grandchildren, Tyler, Teagan, Briella, Kelsey and Harbor Higgs; his sister Sally Payne of Owensboro; and his friend Bank.
