She was predeceased by: her parents, George Arflack and Deedee Brantly Arflack; her husband Warren H. Blair; her former husband George M. Hillyard; her siblings, Robert, Harold, Raymond, Edwin, George Arflack (GE), Pauline Mayes, Anestine Duvall, Virgie Reisinger and Jewell Arflack; and her friend Colleen Ashby.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Hillyard Dabbs of Owensboro, Jeffrey L. Hillyard of Evansville and Jerry L. Hillyard of Owensboro; her stepdaughter Barbara Blair Brooks; her granddaughter Kristin Hillyard Steeken (Andrew Tank); her stepgranddaughter Holly Gibson of Florida; her grandson Jonathon Heltsey of Hopkinsville; her stepgrandchildren, Anna M. Hall, Angie Blair and Warren Blair Brooks; and her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Sebastin Steeken, Addison, Callie and Jacob Gibson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
