It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Louise Knight Wedding Morris of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Clay City, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura "Byrd" Knight and Victor Knight; her former husband Cliff Wedding of Carpenters Lake; her husband Jim "J. V." Morris of Calhoun; her daughters, Gayle Wedding Blumenberg, Connie Wedding Brown and Prissie Wedding Smith; her grandson Todd Lancaster; and her siblings, Pauline Brewer, Jean Embry, Fay Logsdon, Bill Knight, Harold Knight and Cliffy Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Pat Wedding Winstead (Mike) of Owensboro and Herbie Wedding of Maceo; and her nephews, Dan Arnold (Sharon) of Frankfort and Bob Arnold (Debbie) of Utica. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
