It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ginny Kizer of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Winston Carr of Prestonsburg, Loretta Carr of Prestonsburg, Charles Hicks and Ernestine Hicks; and her great-grandparents, Joe Hicks and Osie Hicks.
She is survived by: her parents, Billy Ray Hicks of Prestonsburg and Judy Carr Hicks; her husband Craig Kizer of Owensboro; her sons, Bryson Kizer and Logan Kizer of Owensboro; her siblings, Billy Joe Hicks (Melinda) of Prestonsburg and Darcey Hall (Matt) of Prestonsburg; her parents-in-law, Van Kizer (Jennifer) of Henderson and Cherilyn Kizer of Owensboro; her brothers-in-law, Ryan Kizer (Kristen) of Owensboro and Quinn West of Lexington; and her nieces and nephews, Jolene Hicks, Madelyn Hall of Prestonsburg, Billy Hicks, Mason Hall, Dylan Hall of Prestonsburg, Max Kizer and Cooper Kizer of Owensboro. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
