He was predeceased by: his parents, Durward John and Mary Helen Head Clark; and his siblings, Jerry, William, Dennis Clark and Elizabeth Mattingly.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Rumage Clark; his children, Jerry Clark, Vicky Clark, Gwyn Payne (Bobby), Kim Jones (Bill) and Philip Clark; his grandchildren, Clint Morris, Mitchell Morris, Abbey Morris, Rachelle Brown (Greg) and Ethan Jones; and his siblings, D. J. Clark, Joan Clark, Nancy Walz (George) and Anna Lou Bergevin (Vic). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Mount Saint Joseph Ursulines or Passionist Monastery Building Fund.
